Enthusiastic, gifted, energetic, anointed, people of integrity with character, and chosen by God are only some of the adjectives that describe Apostle Kirk M. & Pastor Jotwyla R. Moore. This couple, described as “the dynamic duo,” is dedicated to bringing restoration and empowerment to the lives of people in their community, city, nation, and around the world.

Apostle Moore and Pastor Jotwyla Moore are the founders and pastors of Restoring Life Ministries (RLM), Inc., birthed in July 2003 after a month long outreach program in the streets of Clarksburg, WV.

They have been called to team ministry with a vision of “Restoring and Empowering God’s People for Kingdom Living.” Despite economic conditions in the region and a long history of cultural traditions, RLM has grown into a multi-cultural, multi-racial ministry spreading a kingdom mentality that is transforming the lives of many. On February 4, 2007, Apostle and Pastor Moore planted a church in Pittsburgh, PA and God is blessing the ministry. He is building a firm foundation for the great work ahead.

Their vision also includes empowering and equipping pastors, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, marriages, and families with the tools needed to go beyond the norm and become unlimited resources from which others can glean and grow. (“It’s bigger than you!”)
